In the event you are not happy with your purchase - you have 14 days to return. (Please note that custom products may not be eligible for return / exchange.) If 14 days have past, we are unable to refund or exchange. Furthermore, all eligible refunds or exchanges must be in pristine condition (i.e. the same condition you received it); returned in the original packaging; and require proof of purchase. For eligible returns and once the returned package is received, inspected, and approved - a notification email will be sent notifying you that we have received the returned item. In the event the return is not approved, a rejection email will be sent to you instead. If approved, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within two weeks of receiving the return.
