orders & shipping

In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days. Please allow 4-6 weeks for all other orders. Domestic orders are shipped by UPS or FedEx with shipping insurance. Shipping options include 1) free ground shipping; 2) two-day for a $30 flat fee; or 3) overnight for $45. An email with a tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped. All orders are insured. A signature will be required for delivery. Please email us at info@orlymarcel.com with any questions you may have about shipping options or international deliveries.

returns and exchanges

Due to the handcrafted nature of Orly Marcel’s fine jewelry pieces, we are unable to offer any refunds at this time. Returns for store credit or exchanges must be made within 14 days of order receipt. All pieces must be without wear and in the same condition as when the items were shipped.

All return shipment costs are the customer’s responsibility and items must be properly insured for the full dollar amount and returned by UPS or FedEx.

Special orders and custom pieces are final sale.

For returns and exchanges of Orly Marcel items purchased from a third-party retailer, please contact the original retailer directly.

repair warranty

Orly Marcel offers repairs on any damaged pieces within the first 30 days (from the date of receipt) at no cost to the customer.

For repairs after the first 30 days, please email us with a photo of the damaged item and we will let you know the cost and estimated timeline (assuming it can be repaired by Orly Marcel). For any questions about repairs please email us at info@orlymarcel.com.
