Orders & Shipping:

Most of our jewelry is made to order. Our typical production turnaround is 6 - 8 weeks. In Stock items ship within 7 days.  You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as we ship your order. We offer complimentary FedEx 2 Day Shipping. Orders can only be delivered within the United States and cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.  An email with a tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped. All orders are insured. A signature will be required for delivery. Please email us at info@orlymarcel.com with any questions you may have about shipping options.

Returns and Exchanges:

We strive for customer happiness. In the unlikely event, you are not happy with your purchase - we will do our best to try and make you happy.

In stock Items are eligible for a full refund or full-credit exchange if in pristine condition (i.e. the same condition received); returned in the original packaging; proof of purchase provided.) A return request must be made within 24 hours of receipt.  Any requests made after 24 hours will be available for exchange only and must be made within 7 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is damaged or unsaleable.

Made-to-order Items are eligible for store credit only if in pristine condition (i.e. the same condition received); returned in the original packaging; proof of purchase provided; and received within 7 days of receipt.   (If 7 days have past, we are unable to exchange.)  A return request must be made within 24 hours of receipt.  Any requests made after 24 hours will be unable to exchange.  We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is damaged or unsaleable.

Custom pieces are not eligible for store credit or refund. All custom orders are final. 

For eligible returns and once the returned package is received, inspected, and approved - a notification email will be sent notifying you that we have received the returned item. When approved, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within two weeks of reception. In the event the return is not approved, a follow-up email will be sent to you notifying you as such. 

Please note:

Any product purchased through a different platform or retailer must be returned to the original place of purchase.  Please check individual return policies.

Repair warranty:

Orly Marcel will repair any damaged pieces within three months of purchase at no additional cost to the customer. 

After three months, a quote will be provided that covers the cost of the repair and the customer can choose to have OM repair the piece or take to a local jeweler.
