orders & shipping:

All our jewelry is made to order. Our typical production turnaround is 6- 8 weeks. You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as we ship your order. . We offer complimentary FedEx 2 Day Shipping. Orders can only be delivered within the United States and cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.  An email with a tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped. All orders are insured. A signature will be required for delivery. Please email us at info@orlymarcel.com with any questions you may have about shipping options.

Returns and Exchanges:

No Returns. All sales are final. 

Because most of our pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any item.  

If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased.

repair warranty:

Orly Marcel will repair any damaged pieces within three months of purchase at no additional cost to the customer. 

After three months, a quote will be provided that covers the cost of the repair and the customer can choose to have OM repair the piece or take to a local jeweler.
